About Dylan
That Kitchen, LLC and the Dylan Mikel Rodriguez I made it home non-profit foundation were founded by a passionate and dedicated mother who started cooking at a young age for her friends and family in the local area. The genesis of the foundation began when her son Dylan, a talented baseball player, was scouted by a coach from a school out of state. Determined to provide the best opportunities for her son, she started THAT Kitchen Food Truck in November 2020, which quickly became a successful business, allowing her to support her son's education and baseball career.
With hard work and dedication, Dylan graduated from high school with honors in 2021 but due to COVID-19, he was able to play another year as a high school student. During this time, he became known for his kindness and generosity towards his teammates, often providing them with food and clothing when they were in need. Tragically, Dylan passed away in a car accident on February 13, 2022, leaving behind a devastated mother who was determined to keep his legacy alive.
Driven by her promise to her son, she established the Dylan Mikel Rodriguez I made it home foundation, with the mission of providing support and resources to those in need, particularly students who require assistance in achieving their educational goals.
That Kitchen, LLC and the Dylan Mikel Rodriguez I made it home foundation continue to honor Dylan's legacy by providing support and opportunities to those who need it most. The foundation's work is a testament to the determination and resilience of a mother's love, and the power of community to create positive change. Won't you consider being part of that change by donating today?

Making an Impact
From May to December 2022, the Dylan Mikel Rodriguez "I Made it Home" Foundation was able to send seven students to college or out of state high schools to be scouted by bigger colleges and coaches for football, baseball, or education.
